Clark was born and raised in Denver and has been actively investing in Colorado real estate since 2004. After earning two bachelor’s degrees at Colorado State University, he moved to the University neighborhood of Denver and earned an MBA at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and a JD (law degree) at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. In his final year of law school, Clark was awarded the Sturm College of Law Scholastic Excellence Award for #1 performance in his class in Real Estate Law. After graduating from DU, Clark briefly worked in the legal world representing corporate clients in major acquisitions and individual homeowners in eminent domain disputes. He quickly realized sitting behind a desk churning out billable hours related to contentious litigation was never going to help him build a fulfilling lifestyle, so he left the desk-bound legal world, began representing home buyers and sellers and never looked back.

Clark has been a licensed Realtor since 2013, and he has closed buyer and seller transactions involving the entire spectrum of Colorado Front Range and mountain residences from one bedroom condos and “starter homes” to custom luxury estates priced in the millions.

Clark currently resides in Denver’s Whittier neighborhood, where he and his wife Madeline are collaborating with Caroline Wilding of Construct Design/Architecture to breathe a modern Art Deco aesthetic into a historic 1906-built Denver Square.
