Hunter Leggitt Studio is a multi-disciplinary design studio with offices in Denver and Los Angeles providing clients with high-concept architectural design, experiential design and production, place-making real estate development, and turnkey project management. Moment Design Studio was founded in 2016 by Aaron W. Long under the premise that good design is the result of a careful balance between imagination and logic, creativity and constructability.
Nest Architectural Design is an award-winning custom residential architecture firm founded by Scott Parker. After growing up in Denver Scott followed his dream to Boston to earn a professional degree in architecture from the Boston Architectural Center while working with acclaimed design firms Kallmann McKinnell & Wood and Royal Barry Wills.
Scott knew his heart was in Colorado with his family, so after graduating he and his wife packed up their Jeep and headed home. In 2002 he decided to start his own firm. After many hours at the dining table, a name was born. To him the nest is a symbol of simplicity and complexity, nothing can be removed without upsetting the composition, nothing is superfluous, it represents a perfect Place, safe and comforting, a place you want be.

Renée del Gaudio
Renée del Gaudio is a nationally-recognized architect for her buildings that convey a strong connection to place. Her work has been featured in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Dwell, and the new Thames & Hudson book Off the Grid: Houses for Escape. She is the recipient of eight prestigious American Institute of Architecture Awards, including a 2018 AIA Western Mountain Region Award.
Renée received a B.A. from the University of Michigan, and an M.A. in Architecture from the University of Washington. In the San Francisco Bay area, she worked with the ecological design firm of Leger Wanaselja Architecture, and the residential and winery design firm of Backen Gillam Architects. Before opening her own practice in 2011, she worked with Semple Brown Design in Denver, Colorado. Renee’s work is also influenced by her design-build work in Cuba, Mexico, and Kenya.

State.® was founded in 2016 by Laura Arledge, an award-winning, licensed interior designer. Following her studies in interior design and the fine arts at Colorado State University and Florence University of the Arts (Italy), she served with notable firms over the past 10 years, working on commercial, boutique hospitality, and residential projects worldwide. During this time, she led interior identity development of numerous new brands and re-brands, earning accolades from IIDA (International Interior Design Association) and ASID (American Society of Interior Designers). Articles on her work have been published in USA Today, Luxe, Modern in Denver, Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, and brochures and websites for national furniture manufacturers.

Founded by Christian Butler in Denver, Colorado, Studio Limited uses an interdisciplinary design approach to finding solutions for our own development projects, as well as for clients. We work in planning, building design, development consultation and construction management.
Christian developed his knack for Modernist Architecture while studying at the Frank Lloyd Write School of Architecture’s Taliesin West Campus. While there he served as Project Manager of the Taliesin Mod.Fab, a prototype modular residence that received accolades from the following publications: Spectrum Award, Ceramic Tiles of Italy First Place, Time Magazine “Green Architecture Project of the year” (2009), Dwell Magazine, Sunset Magazine: “Best Green Home” (2009-10), Curbed LA, Fast Company, Metropolis Magazine, and numerous design blogs around the world. Since then, Christian has gone on to design and develop some of Denver’s greatest examples of modernist architecture.
