The Cadillac Lofts is a former 1920’s Cadillac Motors Co. service garage and represents the first Industrial to Residential Condo conversion in the Golden Triangle. Developed by Mickey Zeppelin of the TAXI and Source Communities, this space is full of character and industrial detail that’s hard to come by in the Golden Triangle Neighborhood. The residence features original brick walls, expansive windows, a unique wood and steel truss system, high ceilings and an intermediate mezzanine constructed from “cargo planks” that were recycled from the floors of industrial rail cars, adding even more historic charm.
